My name is Claire Patino, and I am a queer Mexican-American artist located in sunny Los Angeles, CA! Drawing has been a consistent hobby since I was very young, and it is the one thing that has given me unwavering joy. Creating art and illustrations is a large part of my life, and it is something I want to do for the rest of it. A large part of my inspiration is nature itself and animals, both of which I try to connect with deeply and showcase in my work. My hope is to create art that inspires and that gives those warm, joyous feelings that make you feel alive.
Most of my illustrations are done digitally, but I often experiment with traditional mediums such as colored pencils and gouache. When I am not illustrating or designing, I am most likely playing video games, tending to my plants, or dabbling in some fabric arts!
